New Agent Training Program

OwnerLand Realty offers a 3-step training program for our agents.

 Step 1: Basic Skill Training (2 to 3 months)

New agents will work at our HR/Marketing Department to grasp the basic skills required such as:

  • How to input new listings to MLS.
  • How to send the listing, pending and closing files to your office manager.
  • How to show houses to your buyers.
  • How to co-ordinate a closing.
  • How to hold an open house.
  • Other basic skills.

  

Step 2: Practical Training (Minimum 2 full transactions each side)

New agents will be assigned to a senior agent (mentor) or join a team to start practicing real estate business under the close monitor by mentor or team leader until he/she has successfully finished 2 transactions to be a buyer's agent and 2 transactions to be a seller's agent.

  

Step 3: Advanced Training

All OwnerLand Realty agents could, at your option, ask our HR/Marketing Department set up a detailed personal marketing plan just for yourself and get any kind of business help from them. You could be our next top producer or team leader at this training level!
