Attention To Listing Agents: 

1. Please refer to this GUIDELINES provided by Cincinnati Area Board Of Realtors on     how to handling and submitting offers.

2. Most of the PDF files below are interactive forms. If you want all the files (such as 

    Listing Agreement) to be interactive, please contact broker to order the company

    zipform on-line package.

3. Listing File: Agent must E-mail (or see other option*) your office manager the complete

    listing package in ONE PDF file as soon as your new listing is on the market.

4. Other Option*: Instead of E-mail the Listing File Agent could also physically bring these

    files to the office. Agent needs to pay $199 paper file processing fee for each transaction 

    by choosing this option when the listing has been sold.
