Attention To Listing Agents:

2. Listing File: Agent must email your office manager (or see other option*) the complete

    listing package in ONE PDF file as soon as your new listing is on the market.

3. Other Option*: Instead of E-mail the Listing File Agent could also physically bring these

    files to your office manager. Agent needs to pay $199 paper file processing fee for each

    transaction by choosing this option when the listing has been sold.

• Listing Report 
• Listing Agreement 
• Consumer Guide To Agency Relationship
• Agency Disclosure Statement (Signed before an offer)
• Residential Property Disclosure Form
• Vacant Land Property Disclosure (If applicable)
• Lead-paint Disclosure (For property built before 1978)
• 209 HUD Lead Based Paint Notice To Purchase (If applicable)

    Listing Package Optional Documents:

• Home Owner's Warranty (Agent will get $35 by using First American HOW)
• Listing Change Form (If applicable)
