     Is OwnerLand Realty a full-service real estate company?

Yes. Please check Our Agent Service Manual to find out the detailed service programs that we offer to our agents. Our agents work with buyers, sellers, REO's, HUD's, RELO, commercial, short sales, estate sales and every other type of real estate.

     How can OwnerLand Realty afford to be such a LOW COMMISSION company?

Simple, our "agent virtual office" concept & the need for fewer "brick & mortar" offices keep our overhead very low. Low overhead means that we can afford to only charge a low administrative closing fee on each of our agents' transactions.

    Does the low overhead mean that OwnerLand Realty doesn't have an office?

No. We have our corporate office in Tri-County Cincinnati OH with conference & meeting rooms as well as several satellite meeting facilities around the city. We also have offices in the other major markets in OH and Florida! What we save is we do not provide a physical cubic for each of our agents but our agents are always welcome to our offices and work at the meeting room there. Our virtual office concept allows our agents to have their own professional office anywhere they are as long as they have a laptop with internet connection.

     Does OwnerLand Realty offer agent support and agent marketing help?

Yes. Our experienced management team is always available to assist agents. Agents can come into the office and talk with the managers any time during regular business hours and even have the managers' mobile numbers and can contact managers by phone or text on evenings and weekends. We have a big marketing department located at our corporate office that helps our agents with ALL of their marketing needs.

      Are there any hidden fees with OwnerLand Realty?

No. Agents are ONLY required to pay the closing fee ($300 or $99) for each closing and their usual industry fees and membership dues. No desk fees, No monthly fees and No splits here at OwnerLand.
